Can I register more than one property to my account? 
Yes. If you own more than one property managed by CAP, or if your sub- and master-HOAs are both managed by CAP, you can do business for both under one login. To add additional properties, visit the "My Profile" page, and select "Register an Additional Property" at the bottom. Follow the steps on the screen to register your additional property or association.


When are the assessment fees due?

HOA assessments are due on the 1st of each month. You will receive a monthly financial statement which summarizes your balance. 


Who do I call if there is an emergency?
During the working hours of 8am – 5pm, please call CAP Management directly at 303-832-2971. In the case of an after-hours emergency situation such as a fire, plumbing issue, or roof leak, please contact our 24/7 Emergency line: 303-215-3323.
